Each step is intentional, giving you the space to reflect, understand what’s really going on, and begin making changes that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.
What the programme includes:
1. Pre-Session Preparation
Before we meet, we review your health and lifestyle questionnaires to understand your habits, routines, health history, and current challenges. This ensures our time together is focused, relevant, and tailored to you — not rushed or surface-level.
2. Personal 1:1 Coaching Session
A private, uninterrupted session where we explore your health, food, energy, lifestyle, and opportunities for change. This is a calm, supportive space for reflection, clarity, and practical guidance.
60–75 minutes of dedicated one-to-one support.
3. Personalised Working Plan
Following the session, everything we’ve discussed is brought together into a clear, personalised plan. This plan is practical and realistic — designed to support action in real life, not overwhelm.
4. Follow-Up & Implementation Support
Support continues after the session to help you apply what we’ve discussed, review what’s working, and adjust where needed.
